Watershed doubles distilling capacity

Watershed’s old still would probably be intimated by its massive replacement.

The Grandview area distillery recently upgraded from a 66-gallon still to a ten-times-larger 660-gallon still. In addition to the 66-gallon still, they had been using a custom-made 250-gallon still, so their production will double with the new equipment.

Earlier this year, Watershed expanded its reach with a local distribution partner and expansion into the Connecticut market.

Watershed regularly offers tours if you’d like to see the shiny mammoth for yourself.
